Does this qualify for card?

Alright so I'm new here and wanted to start off by getting a card, I don't know if I qualify but here's the email I sent to a few marijuana centers, do you guys think I qualify or should I go with an alternative here's my email.

""Hi my name is _________ and I'd like to know if I would qualify for a medical card. Ive read through the list of qualifying disorders but was wondering if my situation classifies as a disorder.
I'm currently a 20y.o. 3rd year student at a University of California (UC). And for the past three years I've found myself unable to do well in classes due to my inability to focus on the professor's lectures, I can't pay attention for more than a few minutes. Not only that, but when outside of school I feel an huge amount of pressure on me since I've learned nothing in class. I end up "trying" to study for hours on end to catch up but end up distracted and not able to get past a few minutes of undisturbed concentration. I end up missing sleep due to this, I average 4-5 hours of sleep a night. I'm seeking a card because my friend with a similar problem who was diagnosed with ADD was given the options of Adderall or prescribed Marijuana Card. I've heard from friends and read that Marijuana can help to relax and take away stress. At this point I'm considering the long term cost of Marijuana would be cheaper and the side effects seem less taxing on the body.

Would I qualify for a Card or should I look to a doctor for possible Adderall prescription?""

I've also got a chronic abdomen pain due to stress that was diagnosed a year back, would it benefit me to bring this up along with documents of "Cat scans, ultrasounds, and sigmoidoscopy"?

So there it is, all true. but doesn't seem as convincing as others. Just wondering if I qualify.

BTW I live in the Sacramento area.
Thanks

have you tried pot just to see if it would even work in your case? seems worthless to fork over the money to gain a doc's req if you havnt tried it already and then find out it didnt work. they way pot laws are now in this state the only up side to having a doc's req is so you can go into the clubs.

as for your reason why you need it. lol you can have a hyper extended eye brow and get a doc's req. Just like the clubs its all about the money. i assume you go to UC Davis? im sure you can score some to find out if it will work in your case before hand.

A patient growing a few plants for personal use is really of no concern to the feds.

If you work for the feds they might fire you..
But the only thing you can do to worrie about the Feds is to break a Federal law.
Good side to that Federal prisons have thicker matteress LOL
But if you abide by the IMPROVISED laws put out by YOUR county, and State Law you have nothing to fear
as long as you have your card.

I myself am not a law enforcement, but My uncle is a prop 215 patient and is a on duty police officer.
When i asked if it was ok for him to smoke, He went on to say it was ok, But only in certain districts.
The Only reason he said it's ok for him to smoke " OFF Duty" is because his "boss" will let him for his condition.

Now my Understanding is... If you have a condition as a police officer, Don't they bad your certificate to be an on duty officer?

Hey dude, it's super easy to get a prescription for medical marijuana in Los Angeles. Go to a medical marijuana doctor's office, tell them what's wrong with you, not as if it matters, and they'll give you a prescription. I liken medical marijuana to "natural wellness" in that it is a chosen medical option. When you go to the medical marijuana doctor and pay your 30, 40, or 50 dollars, you are paying for the right to legally treat yourself naturally with marijuana. The physician won't deny you if you are truly ill, and he/she is not going to interrogate you to determine this fact.

Go to your doctor of choice, and take the following:

A valid ID (It doesn't have to be a CA identification)
A lease with your name on it or a utility bill with your name on it or Any document that could possibly prove your residency

Update: Went in there a few days ago "420 Med evals" thanks d.s.m. , brought some relevant med records and a coupon from SNR. The doctor asked exactly these questions while taking a quick blood pressure: What brings you in? How long have you had these symptoms? Have you tried Marijuana before? How did it help with ______? Alright you can take a seat outside my assistants will call you in a few minutes. He just wrote my name, and circled a human diagram where the pain was and scribbled a few things. I was called up a few minutes later and got my 1 year paper and card for $60 with a coupon. $50+$10 for card. Easy as that :P thanks d.s.m. this place is perfect if you're in the Sacramento area.

Thanks for all the replies very helpful :P
