Does "The Black" originate from BCBD??

Does the Strain THE BLACK originate from BC Bud Depot??? I cant remember who bred this particular strain out, but im pretty sure that the depot's breeders did this one. there was a 2 page spread on this strain last month in hightimes, but i dont have the article anymore, so i cant remember who they said bred this one out. Its kinda pissing me off. I ordered a pack of the black a while back from the bud depot, and it got to me within a week, but today in the mail i got a letter from them just sayin, sorry we took so long with a smiley face, n there were ten more seeds in there, lol. Now, id say thats damn good customer service, when you dont even have to complain for them to hook u the hell up,

But the reason im wondering if the bud depot is responsible for this strain is, because when they shipped the seeds out to me, no breeders pack, no nothin -- just the seeds surrounded by a rubber washer with tape over it, so they didnt get crushed en route. But ididnt think anything of it, the seeds are nice n plump n look REALLY healthy, but i wont know how legit they are until im done with this grow, and i move out into my new house. So it kinda sucks, lol. But shit , if BCBD are the guys who bred the strain out, then im satisfied knowin that. They can ship it out to me any way they want to, if they bred out the black, then they have plenty of seeds chillin around, n i dont have to worry about wether or not they gave me some BEASTERS instead, lol.

Ive been eyeballin The Black also. But BCBD's rep is not that good on shipping to the states.

The only thing I know about the Black is that it originated from Iran.

I just recieved my seeds from BCBD, 13 femenized GOD BUD although they took 3 weeks to get here so i'm hoping for 30 free seeds through the post now
My package(if you can call it that)was the little rubber washer with the selotape over aswell inside a card, but nothing to distinguish them from any other seeds such as some proper packing etc. I also had a smiley face in aswell, must mean there really good seeds you think
To answer the original question I think this is a BCBD strain purely on the basis I haven't seen it anywhere else, the closest i've seen is Plan-B Black Indica which just by chance is stocked on there website aswell.

what the hell does use your brain mean? up until recently, BCBD has had a pretty good reputation, and they were really good about getting seeds out to people, and from what i understand, they were always what they advertised them to be. Im pretty sure BCBD are the breeders of the black, cuz i cant find those seeds at any other breeder site, or reseller for that matter. I would have to say that after the many many emails that ive written and have gotten back between me and the bud depot, that they are a pretty decent company. It sucks that people have had bad experiences with them, but theyve done me right so far. I just wanted to know who bred the black originally because it would make me feel alot more confident knowing that i have a genuine line of black indica in my hands..

To answer my own question, yes it absolutely does. I picked up the new issues of Skunk n HT n CC n Headz n WW, (LOL), n all of them have a big ass advertisement in the beginning of the mag for BCBD's newest creation - "The Black" . its a two page spread, n even though theres a hot ass model chillin amongst the nuggets, those buds were really distracting man - all those black pistils just made everything look fuckin evil n purdy as shit. I cant wait to grow this shit out man, seriously.
