Does my plant need trimming? And can anyone tell what its sex is now? AND YELLOW!!

Can anyone just confirm? Just so I don't chop it off judging only on my own opinion... these are male preflowers no? i accidentally hit one with my finger and fell right off :/ weird stuff...anotherfuckingmale.jpg

Thank you geekmike! I had already disposed of it so i guess i seem to be identifying their sexes correctly so far. Now I've still only had male pre-flowers but now I have a White Label and a White Shark feminized seedlings that are growing beautifully at the moment, especially my White Label - it's only just started growing its third pair of leaves but the first 2 pairs are huge furry leaves coloured in a bright luscious green :) she's gonna be one hell of a beauty i bet!
