Leaves look not to healthy to me. Add some lights and some water to them. Pray you havent killed her. Best of luck

That soil looks terrible. Get basic seed starting mix from anywhere.

Seedlings need to be kept in a humid env. Throw a sandwich bag on top of your solo cup till its like 2 inches tall. It also looks super burnt/ over heated. And your soil looks like sidewalk dirt.

Yes, yellow shriveled, burnt, curled leaves are indicative of a healthy thriving plant.

sorry, It may still survive... but the only leaves it has for photosynthesis are not very good.. and the seedling leaves are yellow, which indicate that they will not be supplying nutrients to much longer. You can try.. but I would germ another in its place just in case.

I would change to plain soil with no nutrients, as soon as possible. Even if you just go dig some up from your backyard.
