Does matured plants finish earlier?

Title states it all.

So my mother plant which was veg for about 2 month, and shown pre-flower since it was matured.

Cutted clones from her and flip them with the mother plant. Clones are now starting at 6 weeks into flower, and the mother looks like she's actually ready to harvest even though i flipped the clones and mothers at the same time.

eg, it took the clones, 2 weeks to display pre-flower pistils.
While the mum already had her pre-flower out, so it must of went into flower right away?
Mothers don't look like it gaining any weight, all the fan leaves have dropped, density of the bud doesn't feel dense anymore. ( i swear they were dense)

Or should I leave her and wait for the 8 weeks flowering cycle to complete along with the clones.

FYI: Flipped the clones once Id seen signs of roots from the rockwool cubes.

Currently at the start of 7 weeks flower.
My system is a ebb and flo/ DWC with waterfall.
It's the first image. Left it and its just diminishing.

Third and on is the clones.

I aint a hydro guy sorry. Im your guy for soil, lights, environment and outdoor but i aint delved into hydro. I know a little, but that's it.

Couple comments tho.

PH... you should be about 5.5 to max of 6 for solution.

Down side of growing different strains in a hydro set up is if one strain needs something they all get it and visa versa. Can be an issue.

Also, look at the roots on that sickly girl, looks like might have root issue to me.

Yeah, i was lazy on covering the buckets. Just left it but my second run, i will fix all my issues.

But my clones look well.
Last week, i scoop out 2 cups of algae slime.
