Does anyone use Protekt?

So I ordered a bottle of Protekt along with a few other things and the shipping box showed up the other day during a cold spell. I brought it inside but didn't open it until I got back home several hours later. When i finally did and picked up the bottle of Protekt, there was a frozen chunk when I shook it around. On the side of the bottle, it says that if part of the Protekt were to freeze, pour out the remainder, dilute with an equivalent volume of water and then use normally but double the amount used to accounted for the addition of water.

Now I have no idea how frozen the bottle was during shipping or when it first showed up. It could have been completely frozen for all I know. Do I need to completely throw it out and order another one?
I hate just wasting $20
