:cuss:heres the deal i have ordered twice from nirvana. there shipping was excellent. and the first time i ordered i had a question and they actually responded i was shocked.
so after all that i would hate to just stop using them without giving them the opportunity to respond or improve.
so does anyone think sending them a msg
a nice msg of course but would it do any good at all or just a waste of my time.

My santa hat lights up..LOL Yea send them a MSG and see what they have to say can't hurt.. I do knoe they did have some problems with the thames pay..Good luck!

I dont get it either. You just want to email them and say hello, i made two orders and it was fine but i dont want to stop using your service now?

yeah, send them a meassage saying, I ordered from you twice,
then say, your shipping was exellent, and thanks for responding to my email

than after that, they should be as confused as I am.

the first time i ordered i hoped the small and pale seeds was just a bad pick.
the second order was the same mostly small and a couple of really pale seed not good looking seeds in my eyes.
hope that clears it up. and yes my santa hat lit up too.
and by a message i mean asking them if this is the norm or not.

They didn't respond to both new customer inquiry emails of mine. I gave them 5 days each email. Then sent them an email of poor customer service and letting them know I have chosen another vendor due to their no reply. It was a nice email.

Got an email back within 4 hrs answering my 2 week old email from Alice mentioning they had bad email problems. Well, why the hell didn't you respond until I sent an email that you had lost my business?

Noticed in the question section they say something to the effect ...we will reply to emails unless we don't like your email......

Sounds to me they have enough business and don't need mine.

Anyway Attitude is better prices including Nirvana seeds. Glad it happened so I decided to try several vendors seeds.....Good luck

well i have to say that all 10 seeds are growing perfectly.
nirvana is not that bad but not the best for sure but they are quick and reliable.
i am going to attemp to close this thread.
