Does anyone know what's gone wrong?

Had 4 very healthy pineapple express seedlings on the window ledge for the past few weeks, slowly hardening off and getting ready to transport outdoors over the next few weeks. Very normal and healthy growth, I top dressed and then watered in 1/4 teaspoon blood, fish and bone. All 4 seedlings looked healthy and had normal growth for the next 24 hours. However after that 1 seedling as seen in the pictures started heavily drooping and slightly twisting but only from the new growths. Also as you can see on that 1 seedling it appears as though only 1 set of 3 fingers leaves is coming through, the other side has only a 2 finger leaf at the minute.

Just let them be for a week
and use only water lightly the following week
Fertilizer too early is a good way to stunt seedlings

get a t5 and put it 3-5" away from the top of them and they will blow up.. window ledge lighting blows and you're wasting time making shitty plants that will yield shit results

Was considering that to get them going but I'm actually moving them outdoors over the next few weeks, so they switch between window ledge and outside at the minute
