looking for what rules regulations and or special licences you need to manufacture seeds and breeding? is there a wait on marijuana business licences for new residents? do you need all the licences you need for selling medicine to sell seeds? I know you can no longer grow up to 99 plants for caregivers in city limits of Colorado springs, does that count for breeders also? are they treating seeds like clones now? thanks to whoever helps!
