Does anyone els have problems posting pics here?

I'm having issues, all it says is the photo isn't "described" and it doesn't post it. I can post it or send it any other way, just not this site. Kinda buggin me.
any advice?
From patient people? because i'm somewhat computer ignorant. I can tell you everything there is to know about the fuel injection in your car. But not my comp.

wow, even got the avatar working, it think its a windows ten problem...
sadly some people ignore my advice because of no pics, at least now people will realize i'm not a newbie, just because my posts are low. Kinda bugs me when I say something and people argue with me. Different opinions are a good thing, but not when they're arguing proven methods or advice.
