Does a Phresh Carbon Filter Remove CO2 from the air within the room?

...are you using supplemental Co2?

The only thing that would be removing Co2 is if you're using supplemental Co2 and you're pulling it out. Co2 is heavier than air, so it will be towards the bottom of your area, if you're pulling air out from up top you'll be pulling out less Co2.

Oh, I misunderstood you're question.

Co2 is like 23micrometers.

So... idk... could contact them or look on their site to see what size particles it'll filter out.

are you exhausting through the carbon filter? If it is just scrubbing inside you will be fine. I use a phresh filter to scrub air in room, room is sealed and I run co2

if you are exhausting air out of the room the co2 will be exhausted with the air...doesnt matter if there is a filter or not

Exactly, to properly run CO2 you will want to invest in an environmental controller that can turn your fan and CO2 on and off so that the fan and CO2 are not on at the same time. They are pretty expensive but it's pretty hard to do CO2 without one. I use a Sentinel CHHC-4 and it works very well. I plan on getting another one soon. Good luck.

Howdy guys, hate to change the subject here, but was just wondering how well the phresh filter works? I have a few plants going in a 5x5x6 room and will have to start thinking about venting to the attic soon. Im using a Cool tube and was thinking about a 6 inch filter, With the fan in the attic sucking thru the room and light, Is it possible to do this with a 200 cfm fan and a 10 foot run? also is it possible to get a fan quite enough not to be heard in the rest of the house? thankyou...sorry to invade your thread but you and these guys sound like they know what their talking about.:-P...p.s. does these filters really work?
