Does 72 hr Dark Period Count Towards Flush?

So if I plan a 14 day flush can I start the dark period on day 11 or do I need to flush with lights for 14 days then leave them for 72 hours?

Also if the plants have started seeding will leaving them in the dark give them more time to develope more seeds? Or should I just chop em before they produce more.

I live in Washington state and have a medical license.

have you seen the water color turn black when you add liquid karma I don't wanna smoke that shit. I like to smoke weed that makes me choke because of the potency of the strain not the nutes that are still in the bud

Both being a plant we smoke, they are treated very similar after harvest and the reason for curing tobacco also applies to cannabis.

"Curing and subsequent aging allow for the slow oxidation and degradation of carotenoids in the tobacco leaf. This produces various compounds in the tobacco leaves that give cured tobacco its sweet hay, tea, rose oil, or fruity aromatic flavor that contributes to the "smoothness" of the consumed product."

Curing is where you get your flavor and how you get a smooth smoke. It has nothing to do with flushing.

We don't smoke the leaves like tobacco we smoke buds which store a lot more water which is more nutrients

Lmfao..The buds are holding water so let's rid the soil of excess nutrients. .sounds fishy to me. care to explain? If there's already nutes in the buds how does flushing the soil help in any way? ... I'm using your word's. .shouldn't you get a water hose and drench your buds to get it out also ,since it's already in there in all

Well when you flush you use strictly ph'ed water which means the plant is drinking clear water no nutes for at least a week which means the stem is drinking clear water and guess what the stem is connected to the bud which means your bud is drinking clear water for a week. Now the reasoning behind this is the residue from the nutrients anybody with a 100 gallon reservoir knows what I'm talking about you can't just pump the water out of it to change water there is a build up of nutes on side and bottom you have to scrub it off same goes goes for the water that goes to feeding the plant and in turn the bud is that simple enough for you?

Imo flushing is used to fix certain mistakes . There are to much nutrients in your soil because you put them there... flushing is just fixing grower error. Even if you flush you won't get a natural fade... because all your doing is flushing soil..besides there's no guarantee that it's just going to such up the phd water.. flooding soil is not recommended. . Flushing can actually cause more harm then good..imo
