I never did weigh it but I got about six big jars full, I gave 2 away and I still have two jars left. I don't smoke often. I harvested a bit early because some of the buds were getting bud rot. Besides that the weed has been great. 
I would say the weed smelled the best only after 2 months in the jars. Still smells really good now. Don't know how much longer it will last though.
