Doctor washington state?

So my understanding to get a prescription in this state I first need to visit a primary doctor and then sign a release and visit the weed doctor. I wish to save as much time and money as possible so my question is...Is there a good primary doctor someone can recommend that is friendly to this situation eliminating the extra 200 bucks and time it would cost to go see the other guy after? If this is not possible and the first question can not be answered... I have no insurance and no employer that would help me with the cost of doctor visits so any references for a really cheap doctor preferably in the kent or covington area? Any help with these questions or clearing up any misunderstanding if i have them would be greatly appreciated.

Are you a vertern. If you are then the VA might be able to help you, otherwise the only way to go is through the THC Foundation in Bellvue,Wa.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah thats what im doing. I first have to go to the family doctor wich i havent been to a doc in like over 10 years so i went and got me a doc to document my chronic pain. I will do a fallow up in a month or so. then go pay thcf a visit.

You're on the right track. All you need to do, is prove that you've had consistant pain, for a period longer than 3 months, thats what chronic pain is.

Plus if you dont have a lot of income (ie. low income, under 20,000/year) you can be approved for a discount visit at the THCF office. It will only be $150.00. They do everything they can to help out people with disabilities.
