Do you understand high yield like I do?

hey Jeff_F, that is cool for u. I used to live in the upper midwest US. It was great for growing. My water came out of the tap with a ph of 6.5-6.7 every time i bothered to check. The cold winters and generally mild summers kept the temps down and mite season short. I grew sensi's nl#5. I was a bullet proof grower. I rarely had a plant fail.

I now live in beautiful spot with great tasting well water...that comes out of the tap with a ph between 8-9!!! It is so good for people, with all those extra minerals. The plants will pay the price of death if I don't at least ph balance it, or better, get some reverse osmosis purified h20. My exact reproduction of my 400w MH flower room (served me spectacularly in the north) had temps of >95 even in the spring and fall. I got a handle on that only to find mites that wouldn't die w/pyrethrins that always worked up north.

even soils and amendments are mixed differently for sale in different parts of the country. Jiffy-mix for instance is usually just ground vermiculite treated lightly w/micro nutes, but in certain states it has peat and lime.

I didn't ask for rocket science, but I will do it if that is what it takes to provide what the weeds need.:weed::hump:
