Actually, my team has been with me through all manner of shit, in this business for the last 12 years. All, ALL, could have left, and then, I would no longer be a manager, you confused Marxist.. And as I said many times before, I am only their mascot. I cheer them on.

In my business ordering folks about, like you try, (anonymously,) means I end up without a job. I am much caressed for both my retention and termination skills these last 30 years.

Since you don't know the first thing, here is some leadership 101.

- never give an order that you know will be disobeyed
- never ask a question, you don't want to know the answer
- never ask for a task to be done that you can't do yourself
- never do tasks for them
- never be the only one that wants to
- always praise
- always credit
- take all the blame from above

Just a personal experience, as to how fucking long it took me to being diagnosed. It took me a whole shit load of Dr's, before I met one that diagnosed me correctly (drugs do work, and not only pot) Since that ONE Dr. diagnosed me, I have seen at least 3,(they moved), and all came
to the same conclusion, bi -polar/depressive.. 30 fucking years before I received meds, that actually did work.(cocaine/heroin/ more cocaine weren't one of them)
All I'm saying is that studies sometimes mean shit, and if those cocksuckers can diagnoses a true depressive personality in 12 fucking months, those Dr.'s are assholes. I just think there are too many variables.

My wife's is, and it sure as shit isn't helping my fucking attitude. Bitch ass cunt was bad enough 2 fucking weeks out of a fucking month, NOW it seems that on that flip of the fucking coin, Heads I'll be just a normal bitch, tails, I will show you the Dark Side, for the rest of your miserable life. What do I do, schuylaar? Your a woman, right? Tell me how to deal with a 48 year old ( I like them old) wife, who smokes half your weed easy, and is sweating and cursing at you at the dinner table every night?

it's almost a misnomer..you don't go through menopause..you get to it..it's a state of being.

So what you are saying is that the doctors misdiagnosed you.
The article also says that people are being misdiagnosed too, up to 80% of them.
At least you were able to argue the validity that doctors often times misdiagnose people when they diagnose them with depression by offering a personal story, which in the end, said the same thing as that article.

Its good to know that you can be agreeable.
