It says I can get a 25 mg sample for 35usd, so that does sound like a good price (I believe that dose is comparable to an eighth of shrooms).

I know for a fact that 4-AcO-DMT is legal, but I know there is an act that which an analog of a known scheduled substance is proven to be used for human consumption that you could still be prosecuted. So the "not for human consumption" is in fact true.

250mg's of 4-AcO-DMT would more than likely kill you.. and it would be the equivalent to over 2 ounces of shrooms.

15mg's is a good place to start.
