I think you mean flowering. The only way to really tell is to look at the trichomes with a microscope. Sativas can take a ridiculous amount of time. 14 weeks is not uncommon.

the other day , i harvested her "twin" which looked kinda underdeveloped and weaker,and it´s been drying for about one week and already gives a nice stone,still not much flavor though.

yeh i agree if you think its ready then chop but the only real way is to check trichs...but besides that buds look delicious too me im a sativa beliva!
Haha , she's just getting crappy winter sunlight, she started flowering at late october,so she was born when it should start flowering so , she never got much sun , only while she was vegging
