I was a member of GrassCity for literally 3 days. It's like a playground at a school for learning disabled kids over there so I got the hell out QUICK. :lol:
I belong to a few different salt-water fishing forums and that's about it. RIU is where I spend the bulk of my e-time.

last weak when the site was down.
i joined thc farmer.
not a bad site.
RIU is where i prefer to be.

i was lurking there the other day and alot of people arent too fond of here.

are other weed forums like that too? i didnt know there were so many different ones out there.

i dont think i would join another site. ive thought about it and bluelight is the only one that peeks my interest a little bit but i dont really wanna go through the hassle of getting used to the layout and stuff again. i can surf this site with my eyes closed. its like a routine lol. page loads... i see if there are any pictures that look interesting if yes i click them to see if there are any comments... if not i click my rollitup and see whats new. its like clockwork

I'm not sure about other forums. I'm pretty loyal to RIU and haven't had any reasons to shop around anywhere else so I can't speak to any non-RIU site other than GrassCity.
The members over there definitely speak ill of RIU. My thinking is that since there is such little moderation on that site, they get so many blatantly obvious, and in many cases admitted kids posting on the site. The reason they go there, obviously, is because they've been banned from here. :lol:
If other sites are as under-moderated as GC than I would imagine both contributing and finding good information is very difficult ...as it is on GC.
I myself am on autopilot most of the time on RIU! Like you, I'm so used to the interface most of my actions are pretty sublime.
 
tihs is my favorite forum by far......

but for good people and solid info and help, I visit the "TCC"

hella good stuff there and good people......invite only though
 
IDK? I didn't make it.....I guess it is to screen out the trolls and etc....no hating on there....just differnces of opinion....

once.... but i've been that drunk stranger plenty of times.... made a few friends out of it.... was a drunk stranger when i wandered in here.... made a few friends out of it... tis my point;-)....
 
:)sorry if that sounded kinda cocky gogrow....we take it easy in the islands and sometimes the things I say come off wrong and people been kinda taking it beyond what I expected.....

its not you bro.... just the whole concept of "invite only" that kinda pisses me off.... blocks out alot of people... good and bad. no hard feelings toward you though:hug:

you got people?:lol:.... never said anything bout the site... just the "invite only" concept... pisses me off everywhere i see it... promotes the "us and them" elitist bullshit in my eyes..... i digress...

so by "good people" do you mean good growers, or good people:confused:.... latter, maybe.... former, not really:-?
