Do u freeze weed????

My buddy Hangs his weed till dry and then puts in a jar for a day or so then puts it in the freezer..............so it wont dry any more

What r the chances its not cured right.........But oh shit he says it is just as good as My weed that is cured very well..........

Please tell me that thats not good!!!!

im not to sure. when i pickup buds wen its cured and everything i throw it in a glass jar n leave it in the freeezer to cake up. i tak it out everyday for an hr so it dont mold . seems to work

I had some weed in the freezer for a good 3 months, took it out and it smoked just as good as when I put it in.

The trichs do fall off I have noticed though, they get hard and brittle and fall off very easily when frozen, but it makes for VERY nice shake!

I put larger ammounts in the freezer, but it doesn't completely STOP the drying process... I'm not sure the exact figure as to how fast it dries in a freezer as compared to a jar not in the freezer, but it does dry it out more...

After a few months, i've found that it starts to take on more of a dusty (dry) appearance... the smoke is the same as it was before putting it in the freezer, just seems like it burns a bit quicker...

The longest i had some in the freezer (still currently do), is over a year... I got some brown mexi schwagg in a large ammount that was a huge disappointment... last choice of smoke, so it's more of an emergency stash... i smoked a joint of it the other day and it tasted the same as it did a year ago... like dirt... gets you high, but tastes so horrible...

Anyways... yes, you can freeze your weed... but eventually it will dry out and become crumbly... w/ the baggie it's in covered in the trichs that fell off from it being so dry...

freeze dried is a term,farmers here plow there corn when its (freeze dried),but i di just pull a plant out of the freezer that i put in wet,right off the plant it was in there for 60 days or so when thawed out still soaked,i read an article about this govrnment grow and they did tests with frozen grass stays good for two years then slowly degrades,not everyone cures only for personal smoke i do, the rest dry and out the door,good luck brother

I froze quite a bit after outside harvest.Would do it again good results!
