Do these plants look healthy?

Hi, I am a beginner and these are the farthest I have get plants to grow so far. They are all about a month old an they've been growing great. But 2 out of the 4 have some weird coloring on the semi new leaves. Parts of them are a very light purplish color and there's also some lighter spots on them. They are in miracle grow soil with 2 cfl lights a couple inches above them. There are two in each pot and in both pots the 2 are right by each other. I feel they are growing very slowly and the coloration is worrying me. I will post pics. Please tell me if these look normal or if there's anything wrong. Oh, and I can't really afford any expensive nutes or lighting so if they need certain nutes can I buy them from Walmart or something?

Epsom salts will help with the color but u need a all in one nute u can get floranova grow and floranova bloom for 25$ each and a 150 watt hps mini flora lux light for 60$ if u dont do that u wont grow anything worth smoking unless u grow outside in the dirt

People grow crops that are worthy without HID lights. You DO need your environment to be legit, I am a new grower as well but dont discourage them from growing.

Start a journal, see what advice you can get. Keep researching man, if you want to get a good result you gotta put in some time initially. Im obsessed with reading, list off evrrything youre using as well.

Epsom salts at 1tbsp/gal water will be help. Don't spend any more than a couple bucks on fertilizers. Miracle grow or Jacks from the depot is fine.
