For the most part they are looking okay to me. The yellowing is a sign they ain't real happy. It could develope into plants that loose their leaves, etc.

My guess is they won't turn all green and healthy looking without some kind of change.

Your peat looks like it is starting to pull in from the sides. This is a sign it's staring to go hydrophobic...not letting in water.

I would fork the top couple inches mix in compost put some type of mulch dead leaves woodchips etc. Get the blades nice and perky.

Next time you water do it very slowly. Make sure it is in a drain dish. Give it a couple cups let it go through the bottom and sit in it till it soaks or wicks it up. Do this cup by cup. This will fully hydrate the medium.
