Do these 2 look female?

So I am hoping these 2 plants are female what do you guys think? I'm pretty sure one of my plants is male and going to get rid of it in a few days just to make sure but what do you think of these 2 plants? 2 pics 2 different plants. Thanks for the help.

dont get rid of anything until there is no doubt. try google for thousands of identifying techniques, press "image" for your search.
no damage results from a new male showing flowers before any other fems are /

Those new sprouts will not help to identify gender
