You have posted an amazing amount of questions today that could have been all answered with the slightest bit of reading and using the search feature. And why didn't you just combine all your questions into one thread? Sheesh.

And to answer your question, you should water your seeds after you plant them. They need water to soak up the nutrients in the soil via the taproot. Keep reading.

Sidenote: VGHydro, your site appears to be having some errors. When I click any of the departments of your store, it doesn't connect to a page.

when im germinating seeds i like to keep the first set of pots with soil already watered in my grow room for a day or two so they can get up to temp' as not to shock the seeds. When i put the germinated seeds in the soil it is already damp so there is no need to water. Then i just keep my eye on them untill they pop thru, spraying from time to time with a spritza if they get to dry.
There are different opinions, hope this helps.

Not enough research if you have to ask this question. Moisten the soil before you put the seed in. Don't drench it, water it and let it drain for a bit. Put a humidity dome over it to keep moisture in. After It sprouts and has a good set of leaves, take the dome off. Auzzie misspoke a bit. DO NOT FEED IT FOR 2 WEEKS. DO NOT FEED A SEEDLING. All the nutrients it needs for a couple weeks comes already in the cotyledons, the round leaves. When those start to turn yellow, or you see any deficiencies in any leaves, then start to feed. Feeding a seedling, or seed, will burn it.

some nutrient companies have seedling feeding ratios on there charts, I wouldn't feed one, Just saying that you can.

You know this is one thing I've noticed on this forum. Is the lack of people reading before they ask a question. The only other forums
I've messed with were satalite hack and phone hack forums. In both you could bet your ass that any question you could think to ask had been asked and answered. The SEARCH button will answer most all questions, atleast it has for me on all three forums I've ever been involved with. I know it is not my place, but alot of these questions are no more than a waste of bandwidth. I think a little reading is a good thing. I know it sucks to have to put down what you're doing and research what your doing, but to me a little research is worth doing if this is important to you. Just one mans opinion not trying to piss anyone off.

I did the DSS thing for years, and the difference there was, it takes some brains to do that stuff, so not to many young kids where doing it, here, you have 15 year olds wanting to ask how often to water there plants.
the worst is when they ask for help, you give them an answer and they say, I don't have any money to buy that.
if you can't afford basic things for growing, like nutes, you probably shouldn't be growing.

I would have to agree with you. Hell on one forum The Pirates Den, they would take your posting previlages away for this. Not saying that's a good idea, with DSS if they lost there TV it was like someone took away there fix, you couldn't even get on the board for a couple of hours. I still think a little research is in order before asking a question.

I hated when people would call me 5 seconds after they lost a channel like the end of the world just happened, then they would ask if there was any way to avoid it, and i would tell them to pay for it legally. or better yet, go for a walk and it might just be fixed by the time they got back. remember emulators?

Oh ya! I'd like to see some of these even try to figure that out let alone learn Hex Dex coding. That was cool watching the data stream on the computer. They could never comprehend how that delivered TV to them. Oh well, that was nice while it lasted, now you have to be hooked up to an offshore server and have a high speed data connection then you may as well give them your address.
