next time buy from a reputable place like htg supply. sometimes you have to spend the extra money for better quality. if you buy the cheapest of a certain product, chances are you will get what you pay for. htp has mostly top of the line stuff. their customer service and communication is great. have a problem with anything and they will be happy to help. exactly the company i was looking for. check them out. http://www.htgsupply.com

I know this is an old thread but I just got say this: I hear you bro, I've been there too.
...except I bought an aeroponic system and a propagator, worth total 1200 euros(1500 dollars?). Ended up so that the fuckers put the wrong pipes into the propagator and the Aeroflo system was missing 4 parts!!!
