I told my buddy not all Sillicone pads were fit to blast on and being the doubting Thomas he is insisted.
Long story short he left with 20. grams of oil with chunks of sillicone.

Some at least advertise as fit for the job.
I just wanted people to know that irl I have seen it go wrong in case
they were gonna try it.

I did an experiment with the Oil Slick Pad brand and let some liquid butane sit on it for 14 hrs. It actually went through the pad in a few places. Stuff is garbage for blasting onto or doing anything with liquid tane.

I have some huge ones I just lay on my work table just so finished wax and wax tools aren't getting stuck to shit on it but no, it's not safe to use blasting on at all.
