Do I have nutrient lockout?

I am growing in foxfarm ocean forest and happy frog mix. Sativa's. All organic. Earth Juice nutrients. I switched to 12/12 at about 6 inches. I feed half strength nutrients and thus grow I never checked the pH. I want to know if this looks like nutrient lockout or what? They are on about day 24 flower (counting from switch) and they seem like they are growing buds very slowly. Everything else looks good. This is not my first grow. Can anyone tell me if maybe I have nutrient lockout?

2 birds one stone.
Add light, better rh and temps-increase transpiration=what over watering

Ive used 750 actual watts cfl in a closed 20x24" box

So no not enough, and def not close enough

If I get better lighting now do you think it will be worth it come harvest time?

The way you figure out if you have enough light is to figure out your square footage and divide that into the total watts of lights you are using. Sativas like 60+ watts of light per square foot.

Once again I will ask for the third time if I give it more light now do you think it will have a decent harvest?
What everyone is saying, if you don't add lights the harvest isn't gonna get better. Decent harvest is relative and depends on what you believe is decent. Throw as many lights at it as you can, if you are going to stick to cfl... maybe read this for help with cfl lighting.. http://www.growmedical420.com/how-many-lumens-or-watts-per-square-foot-of-light-do-i-need/....

If you want more detailed help...post how many plants, grow area, what light you do have, temps/humidity, pot size etc... sativas take up to 90 +/- days to finish so there is time, but the health of the plants play a role in the bud formation...

id say it looks like water and lighting issues...those CFL's need to be closer...if you can spend $70 just get a MARS 300watt LED and use the CFL's for the bottoms and LED up top.
