Do I have good lights for my grow?

Hey everybody I recently bought some lights but not sure if they will do for growing some plants
I have 4 23watt 2700k Philips cfl

And 4 23 watt Philips 6500k cfl

And I also have 6 coming in the mail and those are fiet electric 23 watt lights 2700k

I bought 4 sockets with the y adapter to connect 2 lights instead of one
Should I make the lights sideways or just hanging down

I also wanted to know if it's good to use patio plus organic plus potting mix mixed with perlite the patio plus says it has bat Guano and some nutrients I read it was bad to grow with soils that already come with nutrients but not sure if it's truth please help me out
I also wanted to know how much plants should I grow with 8 cfl lights 4 2700k 23watt and 4 6500k 23 watt both cfls
Any answer will be appreciated

So you bought all these things and then put up a thread asking if you bought good stuff?

CFL's - Minimum 100W for 1 plant, and at least an additional 50W for every extra plant.
I highly recommend a mixed spectrum of light. Use a 3:1 ratio of 6500K to 2700K for veg, and the other way around for flower.
CFL's tend to make for light/airy buds, you might want to look into getting a HPS for flower.
