Do I have a bug problem?!!

Those spots on that fan leaf are usually indicative of a spider mite attack. That is good that you flipped the leaf over to its underside to inspect because that is where mites hide and multiply. You probably have some semi to adult mites. I would start treating immediately to thwart an infestation.

Hi Guys,

I don't think that's spidermite. Spidermite make individual suction spots which look like tiny dots - these are much bigger and its almost as though the creature moves as it sucks, creating weirdly shaped spots. Take a look on an under your leaves with at least a 10x loupe or magnifying glass, and let me know if you find tiny, very tiny white-ish bugs that crawl, in other words not white-fly either.
