Best Marijuana policy so far came from Uruguay, their policy has rules as well, ain't a mess, allowing Pharmaceuticals companies research and produce plants and medicines, and allow growers as well to produce and develop their own garden. Making a street dealers' life a little less interesting, due the prices, supplies and demand. On the other hand over here uncle's Sam land we growers on most of the states we are illegal. not sure if you realize that our hobby is a felony and in most places they can give you up to 5 years and a 10,000 fine for having an once and a half, or 20 years and quarter of a million for like 5 pounds... pay attention man they weigh the dirt water pot and everything together in lots of places and then pretend the whole things street value is 40 bucks a gram. buddy was in late veg and the cops celebrated a "street value" of like 150k off the street... he wasn't even budding.

If you want to help make weed legal tell that story at your next town hall meeting. I'm sure tax payers would be thrilled at the amount of money barney phife is spending on non violent crimes.
