dj short original Flo and Hindu Kush under 2 1000 watts

I just finished my first grow which was ok for a t5 flourescent setup but for this one i might need some help along the way. I have a 4x8 hydrohut with two air cooled 1000 watt hps lights. They are air cooled by an 8 inch vortex fan and the hut is extracted by another 8 inch vortex fan that is attached to a good size carbon filter. I have a waterfarm 8 pack hydro setup with 11 buckets instead of 8. There are 6 dj short original Flo and 5 Hindu Kush. I just got them in today. They are under t5 flourescents for veg. I will have pictures coming soon once i find my camera. :weed:

keep those pics coming punk. Ill be down to visit soon. I got my vacation coming up. If you can figure out who this is. And that extra flo clone you got, you better be making sure it becomes a mother so i can get some cuttings off it.

Now are you running all 11 buckets off 1 resevoir? if so that might get a little tricky. give me a call and we can work it out.

I topped all of the Flo to keep it near the level of the Hindu Kush :leaf:

one of the Hindu Kush and two of the Flo got a little nut burn but nothing too serious.

I haven't tested the temps with the 2 1000 watt lights yet because it is too heavy to hang everything on the hydrohut at the same time with the t5 lights.

its a big deal when using a drip system

My temps shouldn't get high enough to cause root rot. I should have enough airflow from the 8 inch vortex. ill have pics when I set it up, but it will have a straight shot of air going in through the lights out the hydrohut so none of the hot air goes in the hut

They are in day 3 of flowering. I got the 2 1000 watt hps lights pumpin. I covered the tops of the waterfarm buckets with black and white poly to prevet root rot and algea.

Thanks growmann. I just fixed the temps and lowered the lights this morning. My temp and humidity was 82F and 35 but I put a widow fan in my room which got it down to 76F and 44 hum. Im pretty excited bongsmilie
