yep..thats the same dresser ive been in.i put a rack in there to raise the plants up to the light hood...but they wont be in there much longer.cant wait to get my closet built...will be going from the dresser that i have maybe 3 foot of headspace into a closet with 6 1/2 foot of head space and 6 foot wide.along with new ventilation,lights,medium...going to be nice to do real grows again...god i love being in a house and not a apartment

update time.....all are still growing nicely....well all but one.its growing..and nice and green....but it looks more retarded then the red retard from our last grow.but more about that one in a sec.about another week ill begin making it rain on 3 of these bitches.my 3 im going to try a few new things..and SP is going to feed and water hers the same as we have been doing it just to see how much of a difference there is.think i have my mind made up as it comes to the new grow closet...having to put off construction for a bit..landlord is going to be here doing some work on the kitchen...so i need to wait till he is done.dont feel like explaining why im cutting holes into and painting the inside of the closet white...let him ponder that after i move out...ha.

but here is the new pics.had to start a new seed as one of them never came above soil...and now we have 2 in one cup...guess ill chop the weakest one in a few days before the roots start to grow too much.



and here is the "special" one...it looks like it topped itself..kinda..where normally your leaves grow off the main stem...well this one has no main stem after the first leaf.the new growth is growing of the stem of the on weird looking leaf it has.tried to get a good shot of what im talking about but the cup is restricting that.it never grew in its first set of leaves...only one really deformed one..and now what looks like 4 tops is growing off of that leafs stem...but ive heard that seedlings that start off all funky can end up being great plants.i know it will grow out of this..just not sure what the end result will be

yeah ive had a couple start out that way...the last one that looked all goofy ended up looking and smelling just like every sour diesel bag ive had...and it was chopped about 2-3 weeks early to make room for bigger plants.so im going to keep it going..never know....corky might turn into brad pit

time for another update.....

all are doing great (even the retard) other than a lil droop from needing water...they are at that stage where they are drinking themselves dry everyday....will be transplant time really soon.was hoping to get to sex them before transplanting them..but that looks like that isnt going to be an option.the smaller ones will be going into 4 inch pots...while the bigger better looking ones will be going into 3 gallon buckets.

2 nights ago i "made it rain" on my 3...which is for those that have not heard of this its using water with a ph of 5.6-5.8 then after a few inches of soil become dry water it with 1/4 strength nutes with a ph of 6.2-6.5....so i should know how well that works in the next couple days...SP's 3 are getting fed and watered the same way we have been doing it...hers was fed tonight with the 1/4 strength nutes tonight also.i normally wait till plants are 3 weeks old to feed them...but this time around they are in nute free soil...so fed them at 2 weeks old as i was getting slight yellowing of the first set of leaves on my bigger plants

still using jacks classic...but i might switch over to smoke n grow nutes if i get them in time before these finish...if not my next grow will be SNG...im ready to use a tea for my nutes instead of all this mixing and measuring

but here is the pics for tonight...had a hell of a lot of growth for only 2 days...

thanks guys....and ill get rep out to everyone when im not rep grounded....and i hope to get some new soil soon so i can get these bitches into new bigger pots...will also be moving them into the closet soon.been too lazy to get things going...least got the thing cleaned out...next mission is to make some vent holes and make the walls white.

also they had a TON of growth overnight...they seem to really love the make it rain tek...will make it rain again tomorrow and ill get more pics then.cant wait to get them out of the dresser and into a lot more space...but at least i got my heat issues taken care of again...stays around 74f lights on and about 67f lights off

from here on out i will be updating only my 3 plants....SP has taken over on 3 of them and she will be doing her updates along with me now.
but here is my 3....this is 2 days after its first feeding...so far i have made it rain on them once and fed them ounce.and for only going through the cycle once i can already tell a difference between this way and the way i used to feed and water. they def needed feeding...these are in a new free mix and can giving obvious signs of needing N....but i wanted to push them as long as i could without having to feed them since i was making it rain on these.but now for what most people are here for....the pics

first up the one that i think looks and its growing the best...great node spacing...very symmetrical...nice color looking indica dominant



and this is the one that started off with deformed leaves...well she grew out of that shit...nice looking new growth..even the deformed leaves are still green and healthy.the last one that started out like this was the smaller ccob from my last grow.which i hope it is because everything about that strain said it was sour diesel



and the final new plant...this one is the tallest....also showed yellowing fast then the others...i know its time to transplant these as this one has roots shooting out the bottom of the cup.

alright it's update time woohoo.

here is plant number 1 and 2. I havent named them yet, I will be once there are signs that they are girls . they are both doing awesome! both are 15 days old today. they seem to really take well to the grow nutes that i fed them. they look really healthy and no signs of nute burn. here are a few pics of them.

and here is plant number 3. she is about 5 days old today. she is growing very nicely as well. cant wait to see how she looks once she gets as tall as the other ones.

Lookin damn healthy as always, are you doing the whole pH thing when you're making it "rain"? I've read a lil bit about the method, sounds interesting. How close do you guys have your lights?

yo bud, just skimmed through a lot of the thread and im lovin it, one suggestion would be using the big gulp cups and or the friendlies cups they serve their milkshakes in- seems like it would give those roots a little bit more breathing room..

im keeping them in party cups for right now while they are in my dresser grow box...im building a grow closet as we speak that when its done all these plants will be going into there after being transplanted into 3 gallon buckets...in i would say about 3-5 days...depending on how long it takes me to finish the closet up.

nice noice- my i have two little ones in said friendly's cups and in less than 2 weeks they are closing in on being rootbound(from seed)
