They dont seem to get very hot. Havent checked actual temps on the sink though.
Probably overkill, but i did use a thermal pad between the boards and sink

got any pics of your setup mate?
My plan was to space them a bit wider than the 650r to even out the hotspot. I am going to try them on a 25 sq ft vertical wall.
I ordered 2 x 2800 Meanwells this afternoon

I just have two pieces of 1/8" thick x 1/4" aluminum angle joining the two panels front and back.

Harvested over a month ago - but found 4 seeds in jar. She must have rodelized during grow so i had a few selfed seeds to play with ….. all other jars appear free of any more.
Berta originally a hempy grow but these will be bagged soil grows this time around and curious if i will notice any smoke differences.
Let’s see what happens.

Sorry everyone, I have not been able to e online. I've been fighting a cellulitis infection in my foot. It was so bad I could have lost my foot! And probably would have felt better having it chopped off.... never have had so much pain in all my life! I'm doing much better physically.
But last night, I found out that one of my brothers died........hes was only 62.
It will be a while before I'm back. But I will check for pm's so if anyone needs my help, pm me!

First up BERTA ( NL auto ) - original plant “ selfed “ and threw a small amount of seeds ( 5 ) -
These 2 were transplanted and doing well ( recipe 420 layered mix ) / tap water. I placed them in a temporary setup until they start to get
some growth in. I dimmed down power on my QB96 rig. I will turn on the center lamp ( Agromax Pure Par bulbs ) in a few days while they get settled in. These will be trained this time around - Original “ Berta “ was a big wild girl …..
Next is the SUPAFLY and KKP
These are under QB225 and Supplemental lamp - SUPAFLY is a hempy grow - GH MAXIBLOOM / ph 5.8-5.9
KKP is a recipe 420 layered soil bag grow - tap water. I “ feed “ a top dress once per week with Recipe 420 ULTRA BLOOM
2-8-8 dry fert.

And yes , I’m STILL space limited …. Kids stiffed me on day to come get their shit ( this last weekend ) so I have to work with whatever

MY OLDIE BUT GOODIE - QB304 (3500K) w/ COBS citizen 3500k
( perpetual rig ) still humming going on 7 years.
QB96 320 watt rig with Sunblaster T5HO ( Agromax Pure UV / 10000k Finisher / Pure par ) depending on need.
630nm-660nm G8 Bloom lamp ( love this lamp ) … extreme reds - I add this to the QB304 setup ( 561c original without reds )
It really covers the 3x3 and pulls about 100watts .
Early build I call the BATWING …. About 150 watt . Using old gutted mars hydro lamp adapted to quantum ( 3 board )
Each running on separate 50 watt drivers - QB304 boards. Center case gas internal fans on driver ( salvaged from mars lamp ).
It looks cool and would like to upgrade but OG quantum’s STILL RUNNING STRONG - so not sure if it makes any sense since they still run well.
Notice the original HLG sticker known as Northern grow lights. I put sticker on it cuz it came with original boards.
This a QB288 that I mounted on tripod …. It works as a SUPPLEMENTAL/ Side Light. It runs about 200 watts.
Useful as it can raise vertically or lay flat and dimmed down for early seedling light.
I have many other QB - get to be put together. Proto 90CRI boards / QB 288 duals / and a few OG 304 Left ( 4 ).
Wife really tries to curb the HLG purchases … oh well.
