Original WET HARVEST WEIGHT was 522 gr. .... But that shit doesn't count in final ...
Only how well the Quantums produced from the 2 plants. Different setups will produce better or less i know that and only share what i got from my tent. ( 24x42x66 )

Yeah I thought the same thing when I read this.
@Budzbuddha will you let us know the full dry weight once fully cured?

Again, I'm not trying to be a dick either. But pretty much the standard dry weight is 1/4 of wet weight usually, give or take.
I know you are going for a slow cure.
Different strokes for different folks. I know I will never have to deal with such low RH like you obviously do.

Definitely NOT optimum temps.
Between 20oC - 22oC. .I just checked thermometer from last night - 14.5oC..oops lol
I need to insulate the area and attach a fan speed controller I've lying around.
Not ideal temps but as you can see they is doing ok.
They are sitting on top of a 100 watt heatmat that comes on and off intermittently.
Going 12 on 12 off on Monday with an added 100 watt in there - 2 x 50 watt cxbs.
They'll stay there for a couple of weeks until I chop my main grow then get transferred to it were temps are perfect.

Honestly bro those buds look far from trimmed to me... and that would fit with your odd numbers of 522 wet and 429 dry... why don't you weigh them once they have been trimmed ready for consumption. Not trying to piss in your cornflakes, but if you are trying to say you harvested 2gpw then you might have to be a little more clear. cheers

No logical reason to trim more than this, unless your selling bud. Otherwise, all that handling spent making buds look pretty is damaging and losing trichromes. There is just as much resin on those tiny leaves as in the rest of the bud. Cured, there's no more chlorophyll than in highly manicured bud. The cure is everything when it comes to great bud.

I actually agree with you... if it's just for me I will only do a very light trim...

But I think most people would agree that if you're going to talk about production weight in a meaningful way, you really need to be talking about bud that's trimmed to a commercial standard.

Anyway whatever, not a big deal. Let's all grow more :) Happy Weekend folks

That said, even if they were trimmed to your liking they are still nowhere near 400+ grams. Wouldn't mind smoking some of that though thats for sure!

That looks like about 4-6 ounces once dried. Might want to not jump the gun and weigh wet plants in an attempt to boost gpw numbers, it's just a bad look.

Current power : 300w dimmed - Cobs dimmed to 100w ( citizen )

12/12 GSG CLONES ( 2 plant ) LST - Dr. earth nutes
Lowes Super Soil mix ( thanks @CptNemo )
Hydroplex ( between feeds )

These were snipped from last 2 plants ... My seeding project ( on lower branches ) only produced 5 seeds ... Hope they will germ. Anyways these to are doing well , heavy musk spice .... Figure around day 65 or so like their mothers. Candy Dream is 1 gallon SOG style grows for the wifey. Which reminds me .... I do not try to or even want to trim , present and or satisfy what others do to their own plants. I dont give a shit about bag appeal cuz it will never be in a bag. Its for me and the voices in my head only ( lol ) ... Wifey can stick with the candy dream ( which is pretty good ) , so why i didnt DO this or DO that with end product is kinda moot. I am just here to grow and really not interested in a report card. Noobies looking at these light systems should concentrate on the plants responses journaled by myself and others.

I grow for myself and my stoner wife. I leave sugar leaves on buds depending on strain and only " trim " if wifey wants to make tinctures and shit .... Med candy and butter. I keep plants in rotation ( autos ) with PAIRS of strains. I harvest EVERY two to three weeks.

In pics : the mylar ripples as fans oscillate and throw light spots on leaves as pic was done. Spinosad has been used for preventative for the last couple weeks.

This one i goofed on ... I gave a bad feed mix ( nutes had hard bits at bottom of bottle ) and shocked her ass ... She is still growing but i had to do water only for 2 weeks to help keep her thriving , may just not give her much of anything til end . She will be probably RSO plant when done , and used for oil or glycerin for harvest .... Dont expect to much from her based on my fuck up.

So if you are on the fence about PCB style lights , pull the trigger ... HLG will put a smile on your face ....
