I found this circuit on the net.
I looked and the parts would cost about $3-4 but shipping from different places would kill its practicality.
Maybe some of you EE types could redo the circuit with more readily available parts, say from Radio Shack, etc.
This circuit is cheap enough to make one for every fan in your grow.
What do you think?
