DIY Bubbleponics/DWC - 2 Plant System (PICS)

The larger plant (Lola) is about 5 weeks old, but started out for the first two weeks in soil. While in soil, it struggled quite a bit and had some minor nute burn. It had 3 sets of leaves when I made the transition to hydro and for the past five weeks has been doing tremendously. The smaller plant (Claire) is only about 2.5 weeks old. I sprouted it in a peat pellet then put it directly into the hydro system. Their lighting is two 26 watt 1750 Lumen CFLs and one 45 watt 2600 Lumen CFL. I'm using Shultz Liquid Plant Food with Micro-nutrients -- 4 drops/quart. The grow has been taking place in a dorm room and we're on spring break, so I moved my grow cabinet to a friends house for the ten days. She took these pics and sent them to me today. Any comments/suggestions welcomed and much appreciated.

Also, I was wondering if it will be too late to start training Lola (LST) on Monday?

can i place a seedling thats in a peat pellet directly into clay rocks?
