Well a good rule of thumb is to keep your temp near 84o f spray bar on the other hand is a variable what GPH is your pump? are you using spray tips our misting tips? I have sevral cloners running 24/7 and I have my box set at 84o the spray bar is around 5 in from the bottom of the cups (so i get a more even spray) and I use a 500 gph pump its a big one but it works hard and has not failed me yet. hope that helps some REd p.s. they will droop a little but they can snap right out of it in a few hours

Well to utilize smaller containers I've gone to the practive of running my pipe and ez-clone heads pointting down and running along side each cup. The spray coats the entire container and tiny droplets are left on the cut ends, I let the pump run 24 hrs as it helps keep the solution warm (mine sits on a cold floor and they recommend heating the rez). Ofcourse, my situation is a bit different because my cloner has a seperate rez as I use the container throughout the entire veg cycle.
When I ran them at the bottom of the containers they always seemed to leak no matter how I placed and spaced the heads. Now I have no leaks in my cloner/veg container or my flowering container.

get a cycle timer off ebay, 1 min on 5 min off. I run min 15 seconds on 6 minutes off. That requires a more expensive timer.

I use Sentinel MDT-1 for my flowering cabinet, although it is not accurate down to 1second on off or so I've heard.
