Ditch Weed Experiment

I am looking for ditch weed to hybridize before it goes to seed. My goal is to eventually have a strain with high CBD and low THC. I had a friend look around Omaha but no plants were seen. Anyone know where exactly I can find some of these wild things to run some tests on before hybridizing.

They put it in bird seed, but I am unsure if it is sterilized first. Might want to do a google search to see.

There are high CBD strains from breeders. Why not use one of those to bread with.

It is growing everywhere in Iowa. The problem is: The plant will only give you a headache and no buzz, you will never find a female so expect every plant to be 90+% seeds. I would never consider trying to cross these plants with anything. If you have a prized female dog with an outstanding win record and an excellent pedigree, you would not want to breed her to a male that is the exact opposite. It is required by law that we destroy it as a noctious weed. Start with some good seeds and do it from there as to cloning or crossing one of the girls with a male that shows up. Rock on...
