Dispensary Question

Hey I was just wondering how much dispensaries pay per gram/oz/lb/what ever from independent growers?

How does dealing with a dispensary work really? Do they come to you every harvest?

How do you even begin selling to a dispensary in the first place, do you just walk in and say you grow or what?

Also do the dispensaries just buy how ever much you have or do you have a sort of quota to fill for each month or something similar?
