So if these are ran legal who do the pay taxes to. As far as I know there have been some open. But they don't stay that way long. Even with this new law it's still not legal to sell pot in the state. Not saying it's not being done but it's still not legal. It seems with this new law the state wants to make all the money and drive prices up.
City and State and Federal - just like any other business. It's perfectly legal to sell in the state as long as you're properly licensed and paying your taxes and licensing fees.

lol feds still have pot as a class 1 drug. It's not legal even if the state says it is. At least at this point. The state will not even take tax money from selling pot. You can't get properly licensed.

Sure the feds will allow you to file taxes and they will collect too...... they just wont allow any business tax deductions that normal businesses get

Thats why we run the dispensaries as non profit....getting "donations"

Are they all on the west side? I've always wanted to check one out, But they are closed down by the time I make it to them. I'm going to be in Seattle the last week of nov. would be fun to find one. also going to be in Spokane Friday. I'm guessing they would be in either one of those towns.
