hey guys, does anyone know how to open a dispensary in Arizona. Ive been trying to open one but don't know where to start. Thanks:leaf::leaf:

Iceman currently all dispensaries are on hold in AZ. Even tho prop 203 passed and patients can get their cards and possess and cultivate up to 12 plants dispensaries have been stymied as the Govener started a law suit or petition with the Feds wanting clarification that AZ State workers would not be held liable for allowing dispensaries to get setup.

Looks like a manuever to keep this inititave from really taking hold. I will attempt to upload a pdf of the final draft rules that will cover the requirement for setting up a dispensary in AZ however like I said for now we are all in limbo. Be prepared as there is and has been fierce competition for the 125 licenses that may or may not finally be issued. You will also have to post a 150,000 dollar bond with the state. Thats why I dropped out as I wanted to start one. They have set it up so only people with a bankroll can get a peice of the action. If I am unsuccessful in uploading the file email me and I will attach it to the email. Good luck

Depending on the locality there could be major differences. You didnt say where you wanted to open so its hard to direct you on what needs to be done.

So #1, choose the area you want to start. See if theres other ones there- if so the city probably is favorable towards it. It doesnt make sense to find a conservative area that doesnt want a dispensary and spend alot of $$$ litigating.

What I would tell you to do from here is to check out the free videos of attorneys we've made just to answer questions like at Cannabis College HQ

For example if you wanted to start in California:

These videos will assist you with where you want to be at. We have Arizona coming up very soon.

If you have additional questions, we also do free live webinars where you can ask any questions you have to MMJ attorneys live for free, no strings attached. The key is to be as compliant and transparent as possible with your state and municipalities laws.

Best of luck in following your dreams.
