Dispensaries

Since i-502 is on effect can anybody over 21 purchase from a dispensary or do yoi still need to be a card holder. I am a provider and only have one dispensary in my area that allows providers in. I have not tried since i-502 went into effect and was just wondering if anyone new

In short... NO.

Medical marijuana law's have not changed and as such dispensaries are only allowed to supply it's states citizen's that have a medical cannabis recommendation from a authorized health official. I-502 is proposed to create an eventual system to "dispense" cannabis in a retail environment, under insane amounts of taxes I might add. But as such the framework is not even in place not to mention the actual retail of cannabis. December 2013 is the deadline for the framework to be "ironed out" so to say, so at the soonest expect retail reefer in summer of 2014. Although with how olympia does things doesn't be surprised if cannabis retail doesn't begin until early to mid 2016.
