Disability fraud: What to do about it?

Can I like that twice. Actually gave me chill bumps.

Bluerock. I will not devulge my rating. I will let you know that I got ten percent of it for a broken bone while on duty. I was injured. Even if that bone doesn't hurt now I still get a service connected rating for it. Some might think I don't deserve that. Who are you or they to judge?
The VA offers medical treatment for veterans. That is very different than a lifetime payout. They fixed you up and you still expect a free ride forever? Who am I to judge? I pay plenty of federal taxes; that is the money being wasted. So if I broke my foot in the Army, and it is now perfectly fine, I am automatically entitled to hundreds of dollars a month for life? Bullshit.

Yes if you broke it in the line of duty. That's the VA own rules. You don't get free healthcare from the VA just because you served. I s a lot more complicated. If you are not service connected it is based on your income.

I missed quoted. My bad. Its not just from the broken bone. It is also from the fact I was put back on duty with a broken bone because we were at war. I couldn't even use my own personal leave. It healed wrong. I have loss of range and function in one arm from it.

Boy you got mad though. What ever. You remind me of someone else that would get mad because abandonconflict gets a check. Can you say sock.

You mischaracterize your injury initially and that makes me a sock puppet? Done with this, be back when the recession has teeth.

No. Intentional. Shows a lot about your character. Have you noticed that not to many people siding with you.

Agreed, but that is an entirely different issue.

Yes, doctors can never be deceived. They are angels, and openly wear halos in our society, particularly government ones. As for your "service connected" comments, that's just ridiculous.

That's my last comment on this for now.
You seem to have no idea how it works. Those medical records are the basis of the claim. So to claim service connection for compensation, you need to supply the VA with Army records, made by Army doctors from the correct period of service.

You should probably worry less about other people's business, sock puppet.

If an involuntary military (the kind that exists with a draft) is a form of slavery, is being forced to pay for either a voluntary army or an involuntary army not also a form of slavery?

How about making a thread to discuss your unique perspective on life?

How about you recognize your own contradiction and don't propose legislation that while giving you what you want, ensures the reduction of what other people might want for themselves?

Even if you had read it, I'm afraid I can't fix your poor comprehension skills.

If you are unhappy with your present masters, why don't you move to another plantation where they give more vittles and you hardly ever get whipped, Prohibitionist?

You are unhappy with the Wisconsin plantation and don't like that they threaten you with harm for engaging in Cannabis activity. I can understand your frustration there. Even you, acknowledge that government oppresses people. (sometimes)

Isn't one option going to a plantation where the masters "allow" you the granted privilege of engaging in some
kind of cannabis activity ?

Or in the alternative, you could ignore the slavery Wisconsin puts you in and do what is your moral right by growing a set of balls and acting like a free person and disobeying the thug / masters and peaceably grow anyway ?

If VA disability is a form of slavery, and SSDI is a form of rape, why does Rob Roy think pedophilia is consensual?
False assertion. You are attempting to create a negative impression, which is intellectually dishonest.

I don't think pedoism or any other acts by themselves can be consensual. To determine if something IS consensual or NOT, the presence of consent of the involved parties must be possible and present absent any duress or it is not consensual. Nice try though.

So, again, only things wherein the participants CAN consent and HAVE consented are consensual.

By the way, have all the people that fund you consented as individuals to your molestation of their self determination when you accept their stolen money?

I'm not surprised that you lack understanding of consent. You missed the part about wherewithal to make informed consent. Not surprising since you also think pedophilia is consensual, as you have repeatedly reaffirmed.

I don't think I missed anything. In fact I've pretty consistently stated that I believe consent can't really exist if there is no wherewithal or actual consent given by the individual(s) involved. I've further stated that the premise of "tacit consent" is a farce when related to how government assumes your consent is given for you.

The original context of the discussion about consent was relating to the idea, (my idea) that situations where a person is unable to or hasn't given consent are not situations that I support.

You, on the other hand DO support situations where a person is "forced" into "consenting" or has another entity attempt to provide their actual consent for them, which is of course a contradiction.

If you can refute anything I've said above, go for it.
