Well from the UB method,(uncle ben) he suggests topping after you grow them out like to 6 nodes, but people top all the time at a early stage, how long are you plannin on vegging then? the more mature the plant is, the better the harvest

i was thinking of letting at get 4 nodes and topping in between the 3rd and 4th and then try to root the cutting

I'd say, Wait till the 7 or 9 bladed leaf then flower, dont top. its going to stretch abit but only for room to pack on the weight "the main cola".

haha everyone is welcome and thanks for the advice, idk if i realy wanna veg that long thats like 5 weeks for the 7 blade isnt it

bear in mind this is my first grow and i made so many mistakes. i also had problems with heat stress and not enough air circulation .also mismixed my nutes and got serious nute burn .but mj is very resilient plant and will bounce back most of the time. just lavish some love and use common sense .

i was reading back over my notes .here are the results after 28 days .

h = 8 " w = 17" nodes = 9
dna sourcream
h = 6.5 w = 10 nodes = 7

im rocking week 6 right now and ive got myself some 9's....yeah 7's show up around week 5. flipping the switch sometime this week.

Mine got 7 bladed leaves at week 3

Im not sure, depends on how many of them are girls, this round if more for breeding, not yield
