Buds look nice and frosty, I'm surprised you didn't get more form 1k HPS and a month veg .. still, more strains out there.

Avalon from next gen seems nice, barney's blue cheese is rewarding if grown properly.

Guest: 40 days Was picked slightly early but trust me other buds were dense and filled out. The ones pictured have the most sugar.

I've got one at 35 days, and I have to say, you really can't do this strain justice if you're chopping at 40 days, i mean wtf..? Mine is now putting on the weight and is packing on trichs like crazy, I plan on letter her go to 8-9 wks, but I do shit right

Idk why anyone would veg for 4 weeks, then chop so early, you should have stopped your friend from chopping prematurely!!

5 weeks 5 days.that was too early man.and even if it sais 50-55 days,that doesnt mean itll be ready then.

some ppl get to impatient,and cut too early.

im sure he wont make the same mistake again.

I have only grown out a few plants but I can honestly say that the ones I have grown out, you really notice a huge change in the last few weeks! It doesn't seem like it at the time but if you take pics every few days and go back and look.... you would be amazed at the differance 2 or 3 more weeks can make. I have also noticed that breeder description of harvest time is usually a little optimistic. Breeders know that people want to harvest ASAP and they take that into consideration. each phenotype will be ready at slightly different times and I am sure that 50-55 days is probably the earliest that the fastest finishing phenotype is going to be even close to being ready. I would say that if the breeder says 50-55 days you would probably want to hold off for at least another week or 2 in most cases. I have smoked a blueberry X White Widow cross before and it was pretty good. I don't know if I were you that this is your "Blueberry" strain you are lookng for but you may want to reconsider crosing it off of your list just yet.

I highly recommend Blueberry Gum. Its Stoney and Euphoric and thats it. The Blueberry and the Bubble Gum mix together very well smell and taste wise. G13 Labs Blueberry Gum is really really really good if you like a euphoric indica.

I got a few of these as freebies and grew them out. Have one I just started to use it up. I won't order them if I have to pay for them but they weren't that bad. Yielded about 3 ounces dried per plant with a CFL setup. Can't say I was overly impressed with the smoke but not terrible either. Last one had nice big cola but had to cut ferts in half- they seemed very prone to burn when in veg. Dropped the Nitrogen on them and they recovered pretty well. I imagine they would do a little better outside with plenty of fresh air. I have zero CO2 except for what moves around in the house (fans). Mediocre at best. Peace.

I concur with this. However, I also feel the bud didnt receive proper light. I know an OG kush grow going on righ now with the exact same problem. He grew under LEDs, disregarding the loss of lumens. This gave him very crystallized buds, but they are scrawny. He switched back to higher light and is now seeing recovery.
