Digital lights

I am trying to decide on a new bulb for a 400 watt digital light,I read an artical on digital lights and acording to the info there is only one company that makes bulbs that are really for digital ballasts,and there are no hps bulbs designed for digital ballasts at all.I read this in the march issue of High Times,has anyone noticed that there digital light bulbs are burning out faster than usual? and what brand bulbs is every one useing in there digital ballasts,due to there being no hps digital bulb available why spend the cash on an exspensive bulb if it is really the same as the rest of the bulbs out there.any info or advice

Ushio and Digilux both make bulbs intended for digital ballasts. I've seen quite a few horror stories of Hortilux Eye's and other top end brands getting burned out quick by digital ballasts due to the difference in frequencies.
