Different Spectrums?

Hi there thank you for reading.

I'll get to it. I have a 250 watt air cooled light system. My question is i also have a t5 light "directly" under,about 1ft down from glass lens "ok or not"?

Also should imply that the bulb is a 250w sun agro. Basicaly i want to know if its ok to mix the two different spectrums on my four girls.

Yes it is ok to mix spectrums. Some say it is even better for the plants.

Remember this sunlight has both spectrums and plants do very well under the sun
