Difference in bulbs?

So I have a small fluorescent bulb on my plants right now, and I found a spotlight in my shed that I thought I could use to add some extra, at least for a little while per day. Problem is, I have 2 bulbs to choose from, and I'm going to use one of them, but I can't figure out what the difference between them is. They both say "FLUKER® Laboratories 75W 120V", except one is bulb-shaped and very dark blue/black and you can't see through it, and one is more conically shaped like a spot/reptile light, and clear with a very light blueish color. I found the second one in a reptile light box, but a Zoo Med one, not a Fluker one, so I might be wrong.

So does that mean that the dark blue bulb will promote rapid, bushy growth?

I looked around the site, and couldn't find anything about the physical color of the bulb, doesn't anyone know? Isn't this what forums are for? It was actually the dark one that I found in the reptile light box, I was mistaken.

Incandescent lights: Incandescents are the most popular type of lights in the world. They may come advertised as incandescent, tungsten, quartz, halogen, or simply standard. The important thing about incandescents is this: they suck.
There are some incandescents which are sold as 'grow lights.' They usually have a blue coating and usually come in 60W and 120W sizes. While they may seem like a good choice to new growers, they are next to useless; they produce some light at a usable spectrum, but only have about a 5% efficiency and generate more heat than usable light. Most of us have these in our homes right now. Don't use them for growing, instead opt for a Compact Fluorescent as a cheaper but more efficient alternative.
