im not sure about auto flowers. but I know that when you put your plant on 12/12 it will strech alot. if you want to control the how tall they get I would top them before you get to far along into flowering. like the first week or week and a half

yeah your right
i think it might be too late to top this crop
but i suppose its all learning.:hump:

i think next time with my limited space 60x60x120cm
might try a mini scrog maybe??

they should stop growing any taller now and concentrate on budding, as for topping autos i think its a bad idea as you want them to grow as much as possible and topping would slow things down as they have such short lifes.

would love to grow some autos in the future:mrgreen:

Hi ya ive been growing a couple of lows a year since they came on the market. I have normally done them in the window and a few outside now im on to a closet grow.
When left to the own outside ive seen three get to 7-8 feet and others any were in between that and 5 inches, it does seem that some seeds will grow big and others grow tiny.
At the moment in my grow two plants are 5-6 inches, two more are 10-12 inches and one is growing for gold at 25 inches, they were all seeded at the same time.
If hight is an issue you can train them to grow sideways by gently tying them down

but my closet is tiny no more room for training or anything.:-(
