dude just plant it under a tree or near a good water source, yes you do need better lighting, or you might just need more practice, nice job, but it does need to be ouside or something

Hey. At least we know you can germinate a seed. You'd probably be able to grow a decent plant with decent lighting.

If you are serious about growing, you need a good light source. HPS or COBs. Don't buy into those cheap ass blurple LED lights.

If you want to just grow 1 plant, you'd be fine with a 250 watt High Pressure Sodium(HPS). Or 200 watts of Chip On Board(COB)

just trying to help you bro, if you need some help there is a CFL thread, in the indoor section, that's where i hang out and other people who use cfls that if you wanna stay with them. Always happy to help when i can....

listen i think you did fine on your first grow mate. You just need more practice it happens to the best of us. you know with 4 cfls you can grow some good stuff. You have the right idea,and you will get a little, now the next time, learn, make some adjustments, and grow again.
i can make some suggestion if you wanna here them? but that's up to you
